About Lauren Prescott
What is your Ministry Role? Oaks Women and Youth Director.
When and where did you get saved? I got saved when I was 5 years old over a bowl of spaghetti, as my mom walked me through the salvation prayer! But, after struggling in JH and HS, I rededicated my life to Jesus the week after my high school graduation.
Tell us about your family: I’m married to my best friend and co-adventurer, Andrew Prescott! We have a pup named Disney that’s our fur baby!
What is your regular coffee order? Decaf Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk.
Who are the people that inspire you? Andrew Prescott (my hero), my dad, Christine Caine, Joan of Arc, William Wilberforce, and Jeanne Mayo.
What is one thing that most people don't know about you? I’m a HUGE old movie buff! I take pride in my knowledge of movies from the late 30’s to early 60’s.
Do you have any weird quirks? I’m obsessed with drinking room-temperature water. I hate ice in all drinks!
What is your least favorite thing to do? All math problems!
Hidden Talent? I genuinely don’t know.
What makes you laugh? Andrew Prescott and my sisters!
What is your biggest fear? Mold and being completely alone.
