Week 3 - Believe for Breakthrough | Day 21 - God isn't Done

SCRIPTURE -  Philippians 1:3-6

I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

OBSERVATION

The Philippians had given much to support Paul’s ministry, both when he was with them and as he traveled as a missionary around the Mediterranean. In this passage, Paul expresses heartfelt gratitude for their partnership in spreading the gospel. He assures them of his consistent prayers, filled with both thankfulness and hope. Paul is grateful not only for their generosity but also for the spiritual growth and life change he knows will continue in them because of their commitment to Jesus. He encourages them with the confidence that what Jesus started in their lives will one day come to full completion.

APPLICATION

The work Jesus has begun in you is far from over. Whether you’re new to faith or have been walking with God for years, there is still more good, life-changing, and miraculous work He wants to accomplish in you and through you! God’s plans for your growth and impact are ongoing, and there’s more purpose for you to discover.

Paul’s words remind us to be thankful for those who have played a role in our faith journey—family, mentors, friends, and spiritual leaders. What’s amazing is that, like Paul, while we recognize our personal progress and growth, at the same time we can carry unwavering confidence and hope that God’s work in us and in others is not yet complete. The best is truly yet to come.

Think about the growth you’ve already experienced in your relationship with God. There’s still more. More to understand about His personal love for you. More opportunities for Him to work through you to show others His life-changing love. Rest in the faith that God is still at work, and the story He’s writing for you is far from finished.

PRAYER

No matter why you began this fast, how much you participated, or how you view your circumstances and potential, God’s work in your life is far from finished. And that’s not a discouragement—it’s a promise filled with hope. He will bring His work to completion, and we can trust that the best is still ahead.

"God, thank you for all that you’ve done to bring me to this point. I’m grateful for the people, the time, and every investment that has drawn me closer to you. I joyfully praise you for the work you’ve done in me so far. Help me to have the faith to believe there’s still more ahead—more growth, more impact, and more of your goodness to experience and share. I trust you to continue your good work in me, and I’m ready to serve you and shine your light to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Lord thank You for my life. Thank You for the work You have done in my life and will continue to do in the years to come! Thank You for this fast, and the breakthroughs in it! You are a good good Father and I love You! My life is complete with You Jesus, may I be reminded of that each day when I have the blessing of waking up in the mornings and when I tuck my children in bed each night. Thank You for healing, for direction, Your glory and for Your presence! I give You all the glory!
