Our Parent Portal payment feature is the easiest and most convenient way to make a Powerhouse payment towards your account. Here are some simple steps to launch your parent portal and make payments.

• Go to parentportal.runsandbox.com.
• Click “Create Account” and sign in with the email on file with your Powerhouse campus.
• Receive a confirmation code to that email and choose a password.
• Save information to your browser for easy access and view your parent portal dashboard.
• Use the settings tab to add a payment type towards your child’s account for easy payments or auto-withdrawal.

Use this feature at any time to view your child’s information, update your contact information, and make payments 24/7. Please email powerhouse@oaks.church if you encounter any errors or have questions regarding the Parent Portal and our payment system.

Through federal, state, and local funding, CCA is available to provide temporary financial aid for low-income families. We accept CCA for qualified families.

You can access your Parent Portal here to update your information and see the current balance on your account. You must use the email on file in your ProCare account when setting up your portal. If you need further instructions on setting up your Parent Portal, or need assistance on another matter please contact your Site Leader.
